We have just received and posted updated instructions regarding Operator Certification Examinations. These instructions outline your responsibilities as one wishing to take a certification exam, including actions that must be taken before attending a certification review and closed exam.

We are pleased to announce the addition of a 32-hour Operator Review and Continuing Education opportunities scheduled on 1-4 Dec 08 in Alexandria, LA. This is a Basic Class 1& 2 review course, with a closed exam scheduled for 5 Dec. Continuing Education (Water only) credit is also available for levels 1-4. As of 8:30 pm CDT on Thursday, August 14th, the technical issues on our Training Site have been resolved. No data has been lost for present or future class registrations. More importantly, we store NO personal credit card information on our website, so there is no risk that any such information was compromised during the outage. We have been experiencing problems with the training portion of our site for the past 24-36 hours. We are working with our web hosting provider to remedy the situation as soon as possible and expect to have everything back to normal by tomorrow morning (8/15).

Please note, the Wastewater portion (only) of the 18-21 Port Allen class has been canceled. This ONLY affects the Wastewater class…the Water class will proceed as scheduled.
